HallFrom the sitting room, three steps take you up into the hall, and on this level you have access to the kitchen/dining room, bathroom and stairs to the two bedrooms. |

KitchenFrom the hall a door leads into the fully equipped kitchen which looks out into the farmyard and gets the morning sun. |

Dining RoomThe dining room has the afternoon and evening sun streaming through the window. |

BathroomAlso leading off the hall is the panelled bathroom, fitted with a long bath, perfect for lazy soaks after an energetic day out. |
BedroomsClimbing the stairs from the hall there is a landing with bedrooms, to the left and right, up short flights of stairs. Both bedrooms have ample storage and there is space to hang clothes. |

Garden & PatioAlthough the property is close to the owners home there is complete privacy and ample parking at the side of the barn. There is a private patio area, ideal for relaxing and eating out. The main garden has the Quair Water running through it and salmon can be seen in the pools in the autumn. Guests are welcome to laze by the water and use the garden furniture provided, in the sun or in the shade of the very large sycamore tree. Spring sees a succession of flowers - snowdrops to bluebells! |
